About the course
What can I expect out of this qualification?
The purpose of the micro-credential is to enable the learner to understand business needs, capture requirements, and
facilitate collaboration with stakeholders to support the development of CRM solutions to drive business improvement.
This micro-credential is non-vocational as it takes an adult-learning, learner-centred educational approach in addressing
the learning needs of non-traditional tech learners, specifically those who are Māori and Pasifika.
The target learner is one who comes from a non-traditional tech environment, and who is continuing to grow their
technical skills and understanding by being able to apply business analysis best practices, facilitate collaboration
between stakeholders, act as a liaison between business and development teams, and understand the software
development lifecycle and different methodologies. The learner will be able to do this using and through the context
of a modern CRM software.
