What can I expect out of this qualification?
This micro-credential is designed to empower individuals working in the tourism and hospitality sector with the knowledge and tools needed to maintain and enhance their personal wellbeing. The course aims to equip learners with practical strategies (example: applying 'Five Ways to Wellbeing' framework) and informed by Te Ao Māori's holistic concept of Hauora, which they can apply in their everyday lives. By teaching individuals how to manage stress, enhance resilience, and cultivate a balanced lifestyle, the course seeks to improve their quality of life, enhance work performance, and potentially increase job satisfaction.
