Entry requirements

Entry requirements:
* Applicants should have NCEA Level 2 or equivalent skills and knowledge
* It is recommended learners are employed in the boat sales and brokerage sector prior to enrolment.

English language requirements:
Applicants whose first language is not English, are required to provide any of the following:
* Evidence of successful completion of at least five years of secondary education from a country where the student was taught using English as the medium of instruction.
* Successful completion of vocational certificate or diploma, of which the medium of instruction is English.
* IELTS at least 5.0 overall score or equivalent

What can I expect out of this qualification?

The purpose of this micro-credential is to offer formal recognition and training within the boat brokerage sector. It aims to achieve two primary objectives: firstly, to recognise and award the skills and expertise of experienced boat brokers, providing them with an official acknowledgement of their profession's skills and knowledge.
