What can I expect out of this qualification?
MCD graduates will be reflective career practitioners equipped with advanced knowledge of career theory and practice. They will have the capacity to conceptualise career needs for a range of clients; competence in conducting meaningful systematic enquiry; abilities to construct and evaluate programmes and systems; to interpret ambiguous situations in context and devise acceptable conclusions. They will be able to interpret and apply career practice-relevant legal and ethical standards. They will have engaged in a sustained period of research, and may progress to further study at doctoral level.
