What can I expect out of this qualification?

The purpose of the MPA is to provide a pathway of postgraduate study which develops practical and theoretical knowledge, skills and expertise to produce literate and analytical accounting professionals. The emphasis will be on a programme of learning which covers all functional accounting and the research capability framework so as to develop knowledge, confidence and skills for aspiring accountants. Academic maturity gained from the completion of an undergraduate degree will enable students to make connections between research, theory and professional practice.
