What can I expect out of this qualification?
Graduates of the MTchg(Secondary) will possess the knowledge, skills and dispositions to make a positive difference for learners from priority student groups. They will be critical, self-motivated, resilient and collaborative practitioners. Graduates will have a critical understanding of how to conduct an investigation and use research and evidence to inform and develop their professional knowledge and practice
Key Information for Students
An approved degree with a minimum GPA, or an equivalent qualification; and courses at stages III or IV in a teaching subject; and the potential to meet the criteria for provisional registration with the Education Council of Aotearoa New Zealand.
