Entry requirements
A Bachelor of Nursing, or equivalent, with a minimum GPA, registration as a nurse in New Zealand, at least two years' post-registration clinical practice experience; or overseas registration and two years' post-registration clinical practice experience.

What can I expect out of this qualification?
Graduates will have developed a set of knowledge and skills in clinical inquiry, critical appraisal and scholarship and the ability to introduce change to effect positive outcomes for patient groups/populations. Enabling them to undertake innovative, specialist roles in clinical practice such as designated prescriber, and provide leadership to other nurses and the health care team.
