Entry requirements

(1) a three-year undergraduate degree in data science, or (2) an undergraduate double major in Statistics and Computer Science, or (3) another undergraduate degree providing similar training in statistical modelling, data management, and computer science. Candidates must have obtained at least a B- average grade in the 90 points of the most advanced courses they have taken in their entry qualification.

MDataSci graduates will have a unique combination of skills in data science. They will be able to comprehend, process, and manage data effectively and efficiently, to analyse data and extract value from it, to visualise and communicate insight from data. Graduates will be critical, reflective practitioners able to pursue personal professional goals and postgraduate study.
