Completed the requirements for a Bachelor of Science in a relevant subject with a minimum GPA or passed at least 60 points towards a Postgraduate Diploma in Science in Food Science with a minimum GPA.

What can I expect out of this qualification?
MFoodSci graduates will have a knowledge and understanding of the practical and scientific principles of foods, food production and food analysis, including chemical and sensory analysis, and food microbiology.
