What can I expect out of this qualification?

MRegDev graduates will have specialised regional and iwi sector knowledge and will be equipped with the appropriate skills required to apply that knowledge in their chosen specialist field(s) of regional development policy or practice (e.g. environmental, social, educational). MRegDev graduates will also be able to initiate, design, conduct and report on an independent development research project and a substantive research-based evaluation project related to their specialist fields of regional development policy or practice.

Minimum requirements

Completed a Bachelors degree, Bachelors Honours degree or Postgraduate Diploma with a minimum GPA and relevant professional experience, or a Bachelors degree and passed 60 points towards a Postgraduate Certificate in Regional Development.
