Entry requirements
Applicants will be selected by interview. Successful candidates will be 18 years and over and have one of the following qualifications: a total of 16 in four 6th form subjects, a grade of (C) in four university subjects, or a equivalent of NCEA level 2, or have completed a bridging programme into Science eg Te Aka ki te Wananga, have relevant experience in a Science related field (including Iwi Resource Management).

What can I expect out of this qualification?
Graduates of the BES will have knowledge and skills in Resource Management and planning, and in ecological or environmental science. They will also gain skills in Te Reo, Tikanga and Matauranga Putaiao.
