Entry requirements

Currently, the Bachelor of Arts in English as an Additional Language (EAL) is only available to students who are attending Unitec partner institutions.

*BA students from International tertiary institutions will be accepted onto Unitec's BA (EAL) programme if they have:

Successfully completed their first 2 years of BA study;
Satisfied the requirements of a placement test (to be carried out by Unitec staff).

*BA students from International tertiary institutions will be accepted onto Unitec's BA (EAL) programme if they have:

Successfully completed their first 3 years of BA study);
Satisfied the requirements of a placement test (to be carried out by Unitec staff).
