The programme aims to increase the academic standing and recognition of Medical Radiation Technologists as health professionals; to improve the health outcomes of peoplse using medical imagina dn radiation therapy services; develop the conceptual capabilities of students to faciliate the critical evaluation of paradigms in health care, generate innovative approaches to problems within professional practice and leadersip, broaded and deppend the knowledge base and experise of Medical Radiation Technologies and develop knowledge of the Treaty of Waitangi as it realtes to health provision and delivery.
