What can I expect out of this qualification?

Graduates will be able to describe key concepts, principles and theories in psychology. They will have a working knowledge of selected subfields in psychology. They will have used scientific reasoning and methods to interpret and evaluate psychological data and phenomena. They will have engaged in integrative thinking and problem solving and applied ethical standards to evaluation psychological science and practice. They will also have bicultural confidence and competence and understand their obligations under Te Tiriiti or Waitangi. They will be able to demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills for different purposes.
