What can I expect out of this qualification?

Graduates will be able to critically examine and apply theory and research and apply the principles of biculturalism in Aotearoa New Zealand to inform and sustain culturally responsive practice. They will be able to critically reflect on the influence of global conditions, author debates and their connection to their educational practice. They will have enhanced and extended their educational practice through the development of knowledge, skills and strategies and be able to use evidence to inform and justify new developments in their educational practice.
