Graduates will have the knowledge, skills and values appropriate to professional positions in the modern brewing industry, as well as the scientific knowledge and skills to support fermentation products (e.g. beer, cider, kombucha, yogurt, cheese) in the wider food and beverage industries , and have an awareness of the whole value chain relevant to the area.
