A Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce or Economics, with a minimum B- average across the highest level courses, or equivalent; or, a Bachelors degree, with a minimum B- average across the highest level courses, or equivalent, and at least two full-time years banking sector experience or completed approved undergraduate studies in Finance.
