What can I expect out of this qualification?

Graduates will have advanced theoretical and practical knowledge and skills in the areas of quality control, assurance and management. They will be able to apply a variety of analytical tools to analyse business, control quality and improve industrial processes and systems to achieve significant improvement in manufacturing or service delivery capability. They will have a critical awareness of systems thinking and its application to organisational quality and its management. Graduates will be able to communicate effectively, work independently and in teams, and be able to learn effectively and seek appropriate information to further their knowledge and solve organisational problems.
