Graduates of this degree programme will be able to: 1. Write a legal opinion on an area of law that identifies the basis for the criticism, evaluates arguments for and against change and demonstrates independent reading and a well-justified conclusion; 2. Understand a variety of theories in law and emerging technologies and how to critique them analytically; 3. Engage in online self-assessment of legal solutions to specific problems created by the impact of science on society.
