What can I expect out of this qualification?

To develop the theory and practical applications of hotel management, and the ability to use hotel resources and plan strategically for hotel development in response to emerging trends and markets. The applied skills and knowledge gained will prepare the student to work at supervisory and management levels in hotel organisations or alternatively your own small businesses.
