About the course

What can I expect out of this qualification?

To develop an applied approach focusing on the strategic nature of business management. This will include an understanding of strategic management tools and their purpose. During study students will apply these tools to a variety of situations and so will have experience in their application. Further students will have expertise in the implementation of organisational change in relationship to strategic leadership principles. These skills and understandings will develop a set of management experiences which can be cross-discipline, meeting the needs of students completing study in business and non-business related areas who subsequently wish to develop strategic management skills.
