What can I expect out of this qualification?
To develop the theory and practical applications of tourism operations. The skills and knowledge gained in this major will prepare students to work at supervisory and management levels in tourism organisations or alternatively in their own businesses. These skills will provide students with the ability to plan for new tourism opportunities, work through required policy approvals at regional and central government levels, and initiate these opportunities into functioning activities.
