Graduates of this qualification will have a sound understanding of both the dynamic and changing environment in which managers operate and the characteristics of high performing organisations that will enable them to apply that knowledge at both organisational and strategic levels within diverse organisational contexts. Key attributes of graduates will be an ability to provide leadership for business excellence initiatives as well as ability to conduct assessments of organisational excellence.
