What can I expect out of this qualification?
Graduates will be able to work in a range of organisations, especially those that seek to promote and advance tikanga Māori learning intiatives; have advanced skills to teach and support development of total immersion and bilingual teaching programmes.
Key Information for Students
An undergraduate teaching degree or diploma; five or more years classroom teaching experience; a high level of fluency in te reo Maaori both oral and written as the course is total immersion. Evidence of support from a hapuu and iwi to be provided.
