What can I expect out of this qualification?

Graduates will have the knowledge and capabilities to undertake leadership roles in New Zealand secondary schools, as school principals. They will be critically reflective and ethical leaders who resource and develop capacity to improve learning outcomes for a diverse range of students. They will be able to undertake independent research in fields relevant to secondary school leadership.
