What can I expect out of this qualification?
Graduates from the PGCertDE will have the knowledge and skills required to implement a chosen design strategy. They will have an understanding of the role, legal and institutional contexts, and frameworks pertaining to the area i.e. those of Architecture, Interior Architecture or Landscape Architecture. Landscape Architecture graduates will also be able to translate designs into documentation and engage with the institutional contexts which govern the practice of landscape architecture. Graduates from the PGCertDE may be able to continue to the PGDipDE and to the MArch(Prof), MIA or MLA.
