The Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Informatics is an interdisciplinary qualification in an emerging field. It covers theory, methods and techniques for the management, use and evaluation of information in organisations and businesses. Informatics focuses on how to design a system that delivers the right information, to the right person, in the right place and in the right way. It is the study and application of information technology to the arts, science and professions, and to its use in organisations and society at large. Informatics focuses on how people use information technology, how it shapes relationships and organisations and how it provides a bridge between IT and other discipline/s

Applied IT based bachelor s degree, or equivalent degree. English Lang. Reqs: IELTS 6.5 with all bands at 6.0 or higher, or equivalent.
